This site is built to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard that U.S. Department of Justice rules under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act require for state and local government web content.
How we test
Every change to the site runs through automated accessibility checks — axe-core integrated into our continuous-integration suite — before it ships. Beyond automation, we periodically test the site by keyboard alone, with a screen reader, and against the WCAG 2.1 success criteria directly.
